Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Answer-Engineering VA-B2706 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Arcom-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Apc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Arista product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Arcom-Control such as the AIMMOTION1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6404210A manufactured by Apc and we are pleased to be able to service most Apc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BOXPC138 by Manufacturer Arista as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Applied-Motion Brand HT23550 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by A-O-Smith such as P56A12A02HD56FL651 equipment made by A-O-Smith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire A-O-Smith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "A-O-Smith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S9830 made by Aperio-Technologies as well as the popular ASC12000 original spares produced by Aqua

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STAC5IPN120 by Applied-Motion and P56A12A02HD56FL651 spares by A-O-Smith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M2512A01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anzen.
